As a tenant that was not in the market at the time, Larry persisted that I at least drive by the site over a three month period. After helping negotiate the complicated terms and Broward County Aviation Department land lease we successfully leased the 60,000 SF on-airport cross-dock facility. Our interest was really in the airside ramp which allowed us to expand our operations form aerospace parts supplier to also include full on-airport MR0 services at Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport.
