Travis Gage is deeply committed to delivering results for his occupier and investor clients. Travis possesses a comprehensive and detailed understanding of Kansas City and regional office markets while also representing, national and global corporations with complicated real estate requirements. He has a proven track record of creating compelling, innovative solutions for his clients. Travis has completed over 3 million square feet of real estate transactions since joining CBRE’s advisory and transactions line of business.
Prior to transitioning into brokerage, Travis worked as a transaction manager and analyst for a Fortune 10 client under CBRE’s GWS platform. Travis’ transaction management background along with his brokerage experience, allow him to take a consultative and custom approach to occupiers with diverse multi-market portfolios. Travis has experience negotiating transactions in a multitude of real estate asset types including office, medical office, hospital/oncology, pharmaceutical fulfillment and industrial/distribution.
