In the past 10 years, Todd and his partners have completed over 2,000 transactions worldwide, totaling more than 30 million sq. ft., and aggregated consideration over $5 billion. They have won many awards, most recently recognized as both 2016 and 2017 Office Broker Team of the Year by NAIOP (Commercial Real Estate Development Association).
Prior to CBRE, Todd founded a small real estate consulting company in Michigan that he expanded into Florida and ultimately Colorado.
