Steve Lehr is the Managing Director of CBRE’s Land Services Group, and a leading broker specializing in land sales and advisory services. Steve has extensive experience representing owners of land at all stages of development including agricultural and resource land, residential land and master-planned communities, and urban infill and redevelopment sites. Steve excels in assignments regarding large and complex land assets throughout North America due to his comprehensive understanding of market conditions, land entitlement and development, and global capital sources. In his time at CBRE, Steve has represented clients in the disposition of interest in over 7 million acres totaling over $3 billion of land and mineral rights. Steve also provides strategic advisory services to landowners and investors on how to optimize their land portfolios.
As the Managing Director of the CBRE Land Services Group, Mr. Lehr leads more than 100 land professionals in over 49 offices in the United States and Canada. In this role, Steve connects landowners, investors, and developers with highly skilled teams of CBRE professionals to best meet their land acquisition, disposition, or advisory needs across North America and around the world. Mr. Lehr is also responsible for strategic positioning of the Group and implementation of best practices.
