Robyn Taylor

Robyn is the PMO Lead supporting delivery of all Puget Sound projects for a Fortune 500 Technology client. Her teams are responsible for developing and maintaining all tools, technology and processes required to deliver on a multi-billion-dollar capital plan.

Prior to her current role, Robyn was the Global PJM Leader for a team of professionals delivering a $1.4B capital plan for a major Technology client. Through the pursuit, the transition, and Business as Usual, Robyn built and led a team on four continents and 12 countries that delivered Dark Green outcomes in the first year and a half of the relationship.

Other roles included the West Division PJM Ranger on the Global Project Management Platform, where Robyn supported account leadership and project delivery teams in operational assessments, pursuits, account transitions and transformations. As a Director of Project Management on the Kaiser Permanente account, she ran the team responsible for the design, construction, and occupation of a 28-acre, 4-building, ground-up, 500,000 SF, $150M+ Headquarters, Laboratory and Pharmacy Distribution Campus. She also led all Implementation Project Managers on the Group Health Account.

Robyn’s skills include standing up and leading large, global teams, developing and implementing strategic programs and processes, and managing ground-up construction, office space tenant improvements, and technical scopes in corporate headquarters, cash vaults, high-risk exteriors and critical hospital departments such as Operating Rooms and Labor & Delivery units.

Prior to joining CBRE, she served for nine years on active duty as a Captain in the United States Army Adjutant General Corps in several assignments across the US and abroad. She led a number of units including a 75-person mobilization team in support of Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom.
