Professional Experience

With more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Rob has executed in excess of 25 million square feet of lease and sale transactions. Serving as an advocate and consultant in providing best-in-class real estate services, Rob conducts comprehensive studies of his clients’ business in order to develop sound real estate strategies that accomplish long-term organization goals.

He has represented a diverse collection of national corporate clients including Wells Fargo, AT&T, General Motors, KPMG, Newmont Mining, Northwestern Mutual, URS, Black & Veatech, CH2M, and Delta Dental. Employing his background as an attorney, Rob also has focused his practice on law firms, representing over 40 local, regional and national law firms in assignments totaling more than 3.5 million square feet.

Rob received a Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado. Before graduating from the University of Colorado, Rob received an NCAA football scholarship and played for the University of Nebraska.

Prior to his return to CBRE, Rob was an Executive Vice President, Branch Manager with Savills Studley, and was associated with the Los Angeles firm of Girardi, Keese & Crane, P.C. as a member of its litigation department.
