Nic advises his client’s on their portfolio locations throughout the US and has represented some of the most notable transactions in Denver over the last several years – such as WeWork’s high-growth from 50,000 to 600,000 sq. ft.; Gusto’s urban campus expansion on the 16th Street mall to 135,000 sq. ft.; Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell’s restructure of 75,000 sq. ft. in the Mid-CBD; Gen II Fund Services new Western HQ consolidation of 73,000 sq. ft. in the Southeast Suburban Market; Alto Pharmacy’s expansion in the Golden Triangle to 60,000 sq. ft.; Kutak Rock’s relocation to Union Station for 48,000 sq. ft.; and Snowflake’s new Denver office for 20,000 sq. ft.
Before moving to Denver, Nic worked in CBRE’s top producing Midtown Manhattan office with CBRE’s Alternative Investments Practice Group where he represented some of the world’s leading hedge funds, private equity, and investment banking firms. Prior to joining CBRE, he worked at Cushman & Wakefield in the firm’s office brokerage division. Nic started his career in finance at Oppenheimer & Co.

CBRE’s Metro-Denver Corporate Representation team, led by Anthony Albanese and Nicholas Weld, is one of the Mountain West region’s premier occupier services teams. Comprised of specialists focused on Downtown, Southeast, Northwest, and Boulder, as well as industry verticals, the team employs a holistic strategy with its clients to identify opportunities and overcome business challenges.
The team takes a consultative approach that is tailored to each client to make informed decisions and creatively problem-solve. By leveraging CBRE’s Global real estate technology and platform, they help clients visualize the impacts of their real estate decisions through customized service offerings, such as location analysis; lease negotiation; global portfolio management; workplace strategy; financial modeling; lease versus own analysis; project management; and labor incentives, among others.
