Nate Pepper is a multifamily investment sales professional, specializing in private equity transactions involving middle-market and institutional quality assets in San Diego. Starting in 2015, Mr. Pepper exclusively worked with Allen Chitayat as a multifamily analyst at Berkadia. Since then, Nate has been involved in the sale and purchase of more than $75 million of multifamily properties. Prior to his start in commercial real estate, Nate worked in the public accounting industry servicing clients in real estate, health care and technology.
