Associated Office
As part of the CBRE Strategic Investment Consulting (CSIC) team, Michael supports U.S. and international clients in achieving their investment goals through bespoke qualitative and quantitative research reports. Investment recommendations are engaging, data-driven, and tailored to clients’ specific questions and objectives. Client projects range from one-off forecasts to the full development of new real estate strategies that cover any target market, asset class or industry.
Previously, Michael was Associate Director for Field Research for CBRE Research. There he led a team of researchers in California, Arizona and Hawaii to deliver market information and thought-provoking reports to clients and sales professionals. He came to CBRE in 2016 from the San Diego Regional Economic Development Corporation, where he led the research department. His team authored leading serial market reports and in-depth studies on the region’s economy. He also has worked as an analyst and project manager for economic development agencies in Baltimore and Ann Arbor, Michigan.
