Melissa Rose joined CBRE in 2013 as a Marketing Manager upon the sale of Fameco Real Estate, L.P., the Philadelphia region’s leading retail brokerage firm specializing in retail real estate and the shopping center industry. Melissa joined the Fameco Real Estate, L.P.’s Graphic Design Department in December 2002 and serves as the department's director. In this role, Melissa reinforces the Fameco brand and offerings through broad based marketing efforts including electronic media campaigns, collateral marketing materials and advertising programs. Before joining Fameco, Melissa worked as a graphic designer for the Lumiscope Company in New Jersey.
