Mark Remick is a Vice President in CBRE Valuation & Advisory Service’s San Diego office and is its most senior valuation professional in the San Diego market with 37 years of real estate appraisal experience, including 30+ years immersed in and focused exclusively on the San Diego market. Mr. Remick specializes in a wide variety of properties, but has been most focused on industrial, life science, office and multi-residential/apartment properties. Mr. Remick provides superior appraisal services by leveraging his significant experience and local market intelligence derived from strong relationships with market participants, including institutional and private capital real estate principals and senior professionals throughout the local brokerage community.
