Jill is a Director with the Denver office of CBRE, with over 18 years of experience in the commercial real estate and finance industry. She is responsible for structuring debt and equity transactions with major institutions across the country. Mrs. Haug has been involved in more than 775 completed transactions with loan proceeds in excess of $15.6 Billion. Property types have ranged from Class A Multi-Family assets to office towers and from single tenant industrial buildings to strip retail centers.
Mrs. Haug has worked with the complete spectrum of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, Life Insurance Companies, conduit (CMBS), structured and bank lenders and a full range of borrowing entity structures including local, regional, and national developers, real estate holdings firms, REITs, and public and private real estate sponsors.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2012, she was a senior real estate analyst at Johnson Capital.
