Jeff Ellerman is a Vice Chairman at CBRE, specializing in office tenant representation, headquarters relocations, and financial and strategic consulting. A 39-year industry veteran, Mr. Ellerman has been involved with many of the Dallas/Fort Worth area’s largest and most notable lease transactions, successfully negotiating over 50 million square feet valued at more than $30 billion. Since 2000, he has negotiated over 100 transactions in excess of 100,000 SF in the DFW market.
