Jackie Fraker Marshall is a Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Dallas office, where she specializes in the marketing and leasing of office real estate for institutional landlords. Ms. Marshall has extensive experience developing real estate strategies, implementing marketing campaigns and structuring lease transactions. She has completed over 2.75 million square feet of leasing during her tenure at CBRE.
Jackie was previously with CBRE’s New York City office where she was part of one of the top office agency teams in the city representing institutional ownership groups like TIAA-CREF, Principal Real Estate Investors, Oxford Properties, Rockwood Capital and Columbia Property Trust in the leasing of high-profile assets in Midtown Manhattan.
