Evan Koplan, SIOR, CCIM, is a seasoned industrial broker who started his industrial real estate career in 2007. A senior vice president at CBRE, his consistent performance and dedication have made him a top producer, demonstrating an unparalleled understanding of market trends and client needs. His expertise and commitment to excellence continue to drive successful outcomes for his clients.

Specializing in leasing and selling industrial properties, Evan combines a dedicated, proactive work ethic with deep market knowledge to provide expert advisory services to landlords, owners, tenants, buyers, investors, and developers across various industrial products and land. Evan’s approach is geographically focused on the greater Phoenix Southeast and the surrounding areas near Sky Harbor International Airport. His intimate understanding of these submarkets has allowed him to advise his clients, resulting in over $1 billion of sales and lease considerations.

Evan works with a wide range of Users and clients including distributors, manufacturers, contractors, general industrial and service-related companies and represents both local and Fortune 1000 clients.

Evan earned his Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SOIR) designation and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona and is active in SIOR, CCIM and NAIOP. AZ Business Magazine named him a Most Influential Millennial Leader in 2017, and Evan was a finalist in the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Man of the Year.
