Elizabeth Herman Fulton joined CBRE’s Dallas urban retail team in 2016. Now a Vice President, she is cemented as an expert in mixed-use development as well as adaptive re-use and historic redevelopment.
Elizabeth’s exceptional work ethic and unmistakable aptitude lie at the foundation of her success, enabling her to close more than 710,000 square feet of retail transactions valued at over $271 million in the last seven years.
Recognized nationally as CBRE’s Rising Star in 2018, Elizabeth was spotlighted for demonstrating exceptional growth, development and potential. Today, she draws on her unwavering energy, agility, and approach to problem solving to craft retail solutions for a rapidly growing client base of owners, landlords, and upscale tenants such as Granite Properties, Clarion, AT&T, Rockbridge Capital, ZOM, Intercity Investments, Bond, Toska Spa, Studs, Alberto Lombardi, Hawksmoor Steakhouse, and others.
Many of the properties Elizabeth has represented are household names within the Dallas market, including West Village, AT&T Discovery District, The Union, The Adolphus, The Atelier, McKinney & Olive, and the Dallas Farmers Market.
A California native, Elizabeth relocated to Dallas after graduating from with Honors from the Folsom Institute for Real Estate at SMU and has emerged as an industry leader, volunteer, and mentor in the local commercial real estate community.
