Chris McClain currently serves as First Vice President with CBRE Capital Markets. Since joining the National Loan & Portfolio Sale Advisors platform in 2012, he has participated in the advisory and placement of more than $16 billion in loan and portfolio sales - spearheading the group's regional presence from CBRE’s Dallas office.
Mr. McClain’s responsibilities include development and implementation of sale strategies, client interface and communication, debt and equity underwriting and modeling, support staff coordination, large scale data management and related ancillary functions. The team’s experience and expertise includes advisory on all types of loans secured by varying product types across the U.S., as well as sales of disparate real estate portfolios.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Finance from the University of Richmond’s Robins School of Business. He is licensed Texas real estate salesperson and is an active member of the Dallas commercial real estate community – holding memberships in the TREC and CREFC associations.
