Carl Eriksen

Carl Eriksen is an Executive Vice President (Honorary Title) at CBRE, with more than 35 years of experience in national corporate real estate representation, consisting of account management as well as the development and implementation of corporate real estate strategies.

Since joining CBRE (formerly Insignia/ESG) in 2001, Carl has become one of the most active and highly respected brokers in the tri-state region and is consistently ranked among the company’s top real estate professionals across the country. Carl has received multiple recognitions from the real estate industry including but of limited to being named one of New Jersey’s “Top Power Brokers” and was recognized by Mack-Cali for completing the largest lease transaction in Westchester County. Additionally, Carl has been invited to CBRE’s “Top 250” national recognition conference multiple times throughout his career at CBRE.

Prior to joining CBRE, Carl was the principal in charge of the day-to-day operations for CPC, a national tenant representation company with a primary focus on managing working relationships with various corporate accounts, as well as overseeing numerous transactions nationally.
