Primarily focused on leveraging the CBRE Platform to fuel multi-market expansion plans for both national clients and emerging concepts. Utilizes CBRE proprietary technology fueled by market leading data to deliver optimal outcomes for clients. Manages a team of local market brokers across multiple markets to deliver value, efficiency and top-quality real estate options to the below mentioned clients. Maintains a vast network of relationships with national landlords and an in-depth knowledge of the national retail market. Creative deal maker with a true love for the commercial real estate arena. Places fiduciary responsibility and ethical business practices above all else.

Responsible for leasing, selling and acquiring more than 8,500,000 square feet of space for retail clients with a total consideration of over $700,000,000.

Over his 10-year tenure, Brian has completed transactions with Retail clients including Lowe’s Home Improvement, Sam’s Club, Macy’s, Foot Locker, Restaurant Depot, Pappas Restaurants, Conn’s Home Plus, Bel Furniture, Boot Barn, Blink Fitness, Flagship Restaurant Group, Kirby Ice House, Phenix Salon Suites, Sweet Paris Creperie, Goodyear, Beck’s Prime, Café Express, Salata, 5.11 Tactical, Paradise Grills, Pokeworks, Tout Suite Café, Sunday Press, Saigon Hustle and Jiffy Lube.

Served on the master brokerage team for The Woodlands, TX-based Conn's Home Plus under the tutelage of Matt Keener from 2012-2016. Responsible for leasing over 3.3 million square feet of space while managing a network of 42 brokers coast-to-coast in that capacity.

Prior to joining our team, Brian worked in the aerospace/defense industry for Lockheed Martin at the Carswell Air Force Base in Fort Worth, TX. During his time at Lockheed, Brian served as a Contracts Negotiator in which he successfully negotiated more than $300 million in supply chain-focused contracts prior to assuming a role as a Program Coordinator for the F-22 Raptor. Brian is a graduate of UT-Austin where he finished as an honor graduate in finance from the McCombs School of Business.
