Blake Holcomb

Blake Holcomb joined CBRE in 2020 as a First Vice President, specializing in landlord representation throughout the Denver Metro area. An office specialist since 2006, he has over 14 years of transactional experience primarily focused on leasing office buildings for institutional and local owners. In addition, he has substantial experience with new ground-up office development, buy-side representation and asset sales, as well as building repositioning assignments. Blake has been particularly active in Cherry Creek, Colorado Boulevard/Glendale, Midtown, Uptown and West Denver over the last several years.

His broad office brokerage experience with complex transactions, combined with his wide-ranging market intelligence, enables him to provide clients with invaluable expertise to structure and negotiate real estate deals.

Prior to joining CBRE, Blake was most recently a Managing Director with Stream Realty Partners and Principal with Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors.
