Andrew Chilgren is a First Vice President with the Miami-based Institutional Properties team, a fully integrated Investment Sales and Debt & Structured Finance group that focuses on institutional clients and transactions. Andrew’s deep knowledge of active capital sources paired with his team’s passion for best-in-class service builds long lasting client relationships. Andrew has extensive experience in the financing, sale and structuring of complex capital markets transactions throughout the nation. Since joining the team in 2013, Andrew has been involved in the successful execution of over $13 billion of capital placements.
Prior to joining CBRE, Andrew worked with Morgan Joseph TriArtisan in their Miami-based Healthcare Investment Banking Division with a focus on M&A Advisory. In his roll at Morgan Joseph, Mr. Chilgren assisted with the analysis of South Florida based healthcare companies ranging from $50 to $500 million in value.
