Associated Office
Amy Julian is a Senior Vice President in the Debt & Structured Finance division of CBRE’s Capital Markets Group in Miami, FL. Ms. Julian specializes in advising clients on financing solutions for all commercial property types throughout the nation. She manages the full spectrum of the deal process including financial analysis, marketing to lenders and facilitating the due diligence and closing process. Since joining CBRE, Amy has participated in over $10 billion of sale and financing transactions.
Prior to joining CBRE, Amy served as a Financial Analyst for Trammell Crow Company in the Capital Markets department, where she was responsible for financial modeling and the production of marketing materials for the sale and financing of office properties throughout the State of Florida. She began her career as a Hardware Design Engineer at Teradyne, Inc. in Boston before relocating to Miami in 2005.
Amy holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Boston College.
