Alex Walton is a Senior Vice President with CBRE Capital Markets, Debt & Structured Finance, based in Phoenix and specializing in the Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae Small Balance Loan Programs. In this role, Alex offers private commercial real estate owners a broad spectrum of unique financing solutions, nationwide. By utilizing CBRE’s extensive lending platforms including Freddie Mac & Fannie Mae, along with relationships with life insurance companies, debt funds, CMBS, bank and bridge relationships, Alex provides financing solutions unique to each borrower’s objectives.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2017, Alex spent seven years at FirstBank, originating commercial real estate loans for office, retail, industrial, and multifamily properties. Alex also worked at BBVA Group in Madrid, Spain, after earning his master’s degree in Barcelona.
