Paul King

Paul King serves as Senior Managing Director for CBRE Asset Services in the Orange County and Inland Empire regions. His team of 85 real estate professionals provides management services for more than 50 million square feet of commercial property.

Paul brings more than 25 years of leasing, operations, asset management, construction management and business strategy experience to his role. Most recently he served as National Leasing Manager for GE Capital’s equity real estate group with a 16 million square feet portfolio.

Paul is a Southern California native and attended the University of California at Los Angeles.
