CBRE announced today that the former Macy's at Beaver Valley Mall in Monaca, Pennsylvania is being redeveloped into The Shops at Beaver Valley Mall, which will include approximately 50,000 square-feet of retail, office and service space with mall access available in various sizes.
There will be nearly 27,000 square-feet of retail space facing Broadhead Road. Nearby tenants include Walmart Supercenter, Target, Kohl’s, Lowe’s Home Improvement and Cinemark.
"We are available to explore leasing options that will work for any business," said Robert Gold, First Vice President, CBRE, who is representing the property along with Michelle Stewart, Vice President. “With a population of 64,941 within five miles and an average household income of $69,727, The Shops at Beaver Valley Mall offer an opportunity for revitalization—the chance to evolve the shopping center into a destination that meets the needs of the community at large,” Gold added.
