Moray Armstrong

Moray Armstrong was appointed in February 2019 as Managing Director of CBRE Singapore, where he is responsible for the overall growth and strategic direction of the Singapore Advisory business.

Moray has helmed CBRE Singapore’s Advisory & Transaction business since 2015, overseeing a large team of professionals in Singapore across the office, retail and industrial business lines. In that role, Moray has advised a variety of multinational clients and large occupiers on real estate strategy and transactions.

Moray is an accomplished and driven real estate veteran with entrepreneurial spirit. His career spans 34 years’ experience in commercial real estate. He moved to Asia in 1992, and joined CBRE in Hong Kong, before moving with CBRE to Singapore in 1998.

As a leading figure in Singapore’s real estate market, Moray has advised on a significant number of the largest office transactions ever concluded in the city. He has been instrumental to the leasing success of a host of major developments  spanning three decades.
