•Construction continues on KP Development’s Fenton Logistics Park on the site of the former Chrysler plant in Fenton. Buildings II (159,422 sq. ft.) and III (168,766 sq. ft.) are currently under construction with building IV (158,400 sq. ft.) expected to break ground later this year.

•Construction commenced on two Class A warehouse buildings: a 375,200 sq. ft. speculative project at 1001 Premier Pkwy and a 252,272 sq. ft. speculative building in the new Hazelwood Trade Port just north of the St. Louis Outlet Mall.
