• The volume of investments in real estate in Russia by the end of 2020 showed an increase and reached RUB 285 billion, largely due to a strong Q1 and Q4. This is 14% higher than the previous year (RUB 251 billion).
  • One clear trend in 2020 was an increase in investments in assets requiring development and capital investments. The share of investments in this type of real estate increased from 33% in 2019 to 56% in 2020. More than half of the volume was formed by investments in land plots with potential for residential real estate construction.
