• 2019 ended with a total value of 272,093 sqm, which is  the best result of  the historical observation series 
  • The quarterly take-up was driven by three transactions for a total of around 7,610 sqm (areas Parco de Medici, Centro and Semicentro) 
  • The Center and EUR remain the most vibrant areas, with approximately 64% of total quarterly transactions. 
  • Prime rents rose in CBD to €450 sqm per year and have remained stable in EUR at €350 sqm per year.
  • The performance of investments has been good but decreasing, with approximately €195,6 million. Additionally, net prime yields are trending down to 3.70%.
