The Prague office market grew by 32,900 sq m in Q3 2019 and currently stands at 3.60 mln sq m of modern office space. Two new office buildings and one refurbished building were delivered to the market. The total amount of space under construction was about 315,600 sq m. Take up reached almost 54,600 sq m, which was 8% more than the previous quarter. Total leasing activity in Q3 2019 was 85,200 sq m. Renegotiations in Q3 2019 accounted for 36% of total leasing activity, followed by new leases (30.3%). Prime rent stood between 22.50 and 23.00 €/sq m/month.
