•More than 3.38 million Sq. ft. of Class A space under construction was recorded in the Monterrey Metropolitan Area, of  which 55% is build-to-suit and 45% speculative space.

•The average rent asking price was US $4.67 per Sq. ft. per year, which is US$0.07 higher compared to Q3 2018 (US$4.60 per Sq. ft.)
