  • Average asking rates increased 4.4% over year-end 2017, closing Q4 2018 at $4.74 per sq. ft. NNN.
  • New construction activity is strong, with 62.3 million sq. ft. completed in 2018. 57.8 million sq. ft. is underway with 50.6% pre-leased.
  • The Midwest markets posted 28.0 million sq. ft. of industrial lease and sale activity in Q4 2018, 63% of which was new leasing activity.
