  • Technology firms continue to seek office product in Charlotte due to a talented labor force and favorable cost of living. Since 2018, over 59 firms have executed leases totaling 2.3 million sq. ft., the most sq. ft. leased by any sector over the last three years.
     
  • Five buildings delivered in Q2 2021 totaling 1.2 million sq. ft. including the delivery of Ally’s new regional corporate office – 601 S. Tryon Street, the largest delivery in Charlotte since Q3 2019.
