Central London in May 2020

  • Take-up in Central London totalled 222,700 sq ft, as the Covid-19 lockdown continued in the UK.
  • Availability rose to 14.7m sq ft, above the 10-year monthly average of 14.1m sq ft.
  • Under offers declined to 3.2m sq ft, but remained in line with the 10-year trend level.
  • Office investment totalled £88m, bringing the year-to-date total to £1.7bn.
