A total of 402,076 sq ft was transacted in Q3 2017 and was the strongest quarter to date. This takes the total for the first 9 months to circa 636,000 sq ft, almost level with the total take-up in 2016 and just 11% short of the ten-year annual average (715,494 sq ft).

Total available supply increased slightly to 1.8m sq ft in Q3. However, this is still around 15% below the five-year average (2.1 m) and 17% below the ten-year average (2.2m sq ft).
