• In Q3 2019, Bangkok’s total retail supply was 7.8 million square metres, increasing by 1.32% Q-o-Q and 4.66% Y-o-Y. There was an additional 83,991 square metres of net lettable area from two new retail projects.
• In Q3 2019, the total occupied retail space reached 7,801,995 million square metres, increasing by 1.06% Q-o-Q and 4.39% Y-o-Y. The overall occupancy rate slightly decreased to 93.87%.
