Over the next fifteen years 1.2 million people will be added to Sydney’s population. That is equivalent to the current population of Adelaide. A large portion of this number will take up residence within the North West and South West Growth Centres: priority growth areas designated by the NSW Government, located 35 kilometres from the Sydney CBD in respective directions. These Growth Centres will continue to grow beyond 2031 and when fully developed will have experienced over a tenfold increase in population and housing stock.

Delivery of the Growth Centres will provide a constant stream of real estate opportunities over the next fifteen years and beyond. Few sectors won't see opportunities.
