Overview

Our team is a specialized group within CBRE Global Workplace Solutions whose sole focus is the reduction of global occupancy costs through leverage of our unique integrator delivery model. 

Effective management of global real estate, specifically international transactions, has become increasingly challenging for those organizations with worldwide facilities.  Service levels fluctuate from market to market and there is little consistency in process which creates varying outcomes.

There are also very few corporate minded resources in the real estate industry who have experience in delivering global real estate services which further exacerbates the problem.    

Our team possesses 20 years of experience in managing ongoing optimization initiatives via the integrator model across a global portfolio of 75 million square feet.
