Overview
The CBRE Investment Properties-California/Arizona/Nevada team, founded in 1998, is the dominant investment team in the Pacific South West. Our revolutionary approach to brokerage has been a template for CBRE's national Investment Properties program that now encompasses more than 92 teams and 266 team members in key markets across the country.
We view each client as a long-term relationship, and always place the client's interest above our own. Our hands-on approach with owners spans the investment life of their properties and often flows to the next opportunity. We create value for the client by providing and coordinating "Best of Class" services in terms of valuation, financing, leasing, transition management, appraisal, and the sale and exchange of commercial investment real estate. Our team—having expanded to Las Vegas in 2020 and Sacramento in 2021—reaches across 9 different markets with one focus: to deliver the best results for clients.

We have had an excellent long-term relationship with CBRE. They have an extremely in-depth understanding of the needs of 1031 Exchange buyers, and we rely on their input when making many of our acquisition and disposition decisions that are affected today by rapidly changing trends and cycles.

We are an institutional type investor that had a non- institutional asset that we wanted fully exposed to the market. The Private Client Group's experience was invaluable. Our plan was to combine all 3 of the buildings in our project into one package and market it to institutional clients. The team convinced us to use their services and market the buildings individually to 1031 Exchange buyers.The prices they achieved were $10/SF higher than our projected sales prices. In fact, the record prices they achieved were even higher than what the user market was paying.
