Cray A. Carlson | Senior Vice President

Mr. Carlson exclusively represents sellers and buyers in the sale and purchase of multi-housing investment opportunities. He specializes in the dynamic Inland Empire region with private and institutional clients. He represents a variety of client types including, individuals, developers, partnerships, syndicators, corporations, financial institutions and domestic and international investors.

Mr. Carlson has over 27 years of investment real estate brokerage experience. He has developed a strategic marketing plan that works within the exclusive CBRE system. This plan enables clients to achieve the highest price obtainable in today’s market through broad exposure and a relentless pursuit of finding the right buyers and sellers.

Mr. Carlson started his career in commercial real estate at Marcus & Millichap in 1990. Cray was consistently one of the Top Producers for Marcus & Millichap. Cray was a “top 20” broker firm wide and was a National Achievement Award winner 10 times. When he left Marcus & Millichap he was number 30 on career earnings nationwide. Cray was heavily recruited by CBRE to start up the multifamily Captial Markets group for the Inland Empire. Cray’s experience with Marcus & Millichap, coupled with joining the #1 commercial real estate company in the world, has created an opportunity to strengthen the CBRE market share in multi-residential properties in the Inland Empire. 

 

Nick Mercurio | Associate 

Nick specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties in the diverse Inland Empire region of Southern California. He utilizes his team’s extensive database in conjunction with CBRE’s world renowned platform so his clients can achieve the highest price attainable in today’s market.  He also provides apartment owners with current market trends and economic factors to be aware of, allowing them to make more informed decisions. He’s found success in his career through his exceptional work ethic and persistence in all aspects of the business.  His clients appreciate his aptitude when it comes to understanding their needs and developing a strategic plan to achieve their most ideal outcome. Nick enjoys being active and spending quality time with his wife and two beautiful daughters. 


Kevin Sin | Senior Associate 

Kevin Sin specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties in the ever-growing Inland Empire. His relationship–orientated personality and mindset allows for him to establish long term relationships with his clients to help reach their goals.

Kevin understands the complex challenges investors face from every angle of the multifamily industry. He leverages collective input from his team members and utilizes disruptive marketing tools to deliver customized and innovative solutions. Kevin prides himself on his ability to help clients reach their goals. He offers unparalleled multifamily expertise and scalability to help his clients succeed. 

Prior to entering Commercial Real Estate, Sin graduated from the University of La Verne with a Bachelors in Business Administration. He created his own Non–Profit through the University and partnered with the Thirst Project to help end the global water crisis. Kevin takes part in helping numerous non-profits such as Liberty in North Korea and The Thirst Project. Kevin is a current Eagle Scout of America.



Tyler Provines | Associate

Tyler Provines specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties in the Inland Empire with a special emphasis in San Bernardino and Highland markets. He epitomizes hard work, integrity, high ambition, and creative service in every detail of his client’s real estate transactions.

Tyler is a broker who is known for his extensive market knowledge and his unmatched devotion to his clients. He provides clients with the most up to date market trends, state laws, and financial analyses regarding their properties. Tyler takes great pride in achieving his client’s goals by developing strategic business plans that suit his client’s specific needs. He leverages the CBRE platform with a collective input from his team which enables him to exceed and achieve his client’s expectations.

Tyler graduated from California State Polytechnic University of Pomona with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, and Law. During his time in college, he led a philanthropic group that raised money for the Huntsman Cancer Institute. In total, he was able to raise $190,000 that was then used in clinical research for various types of cancers.
