Minneapolis Retail Investments is a member of CBRE's Capital Markets division, focusing on retail investment properties in the Upper Midwest (including MN, WI, IA, SD, and ND) while offering experience and connections across the country. The team transacts a variety of property types, including but not limited to net leased investments, multi-tenant properties of all sizes and occupancy rates,  single tenant (STNL) properties, portfolios, ground leases, and sale-leasebacks. The Minneapolis Retail Capital Markets team has facilitated over 200 1031 exchange transactions, giving them a deep understanding of the process; the depth and breadth of their experience enables them to assist investors placing tax deferred funds across the country.


Based in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota, the team consists of two principal members who work in tandem with CBRE industry professionals who specialize in leasing, debt services, appraisal, marketing and property management.  First Vice Presidents Sean Doyle, and AJ Prins add value for their clients by combining over 30+ years of team aggregate product and transaction experience, leveraging a large pool of private capital investors and combining excellent client relationships with the cutting edge marketing and research made possible by CBRE's superior technology and talent pool.



This team has been in the business for a combined total of 30+ years and has dealt with over $1 Billion in transaction sales volume. Since 2007, the team has completed over 350 transactions and 5 million square feet sold.
