Spencer Ballif specializes in 100+ unit multifamily communities and has over 28 years of experience marketing and selling assets throughout the Las Vegas Valley. His unmatched research and understanding of current and future trends in the Las Vegas market has resulted in over 73,000 units at a collective value of over $6.8 billion in apartment sales. Spencer serves as the main point of contact on transactions and conducts the majority of property tours. Jannie Mongkolsakulkit joined the team in 2010 and has assisted with over $4.3 billion in sales. She takes pride in supporting the team’s direct marketing efforts as well as help serves as our clients’ liaison during the due diligence process. Adam Schmitt became a part of the team in 2015. He strives to gather valuable market data and provide informative marketing materials. Adam is directly involved in property tours and has assisted in over $3.1 billion in sales. CBRE’s Las Vegas office has continually dominated the market in apartment sales. Since 1993, the marketing team has participated in over $6.2 billion in apartment sales that represents over 70,000 units. In 2014 and 2015, the marketing team closed just under 6,500 units totaling over $580 million in volume. In 2016, we closed $1.1 billion (9,298 units). Overall, the Las Vegas market closed over $2.4 billion in total sales. Our team participated in 45% market share in the valley’s total sales in 2016. In 2017, we completed approximately $470 million totaling 3,747 units and in 2018, we completed 5,058 units, valued at over $574 million. We closed over $1 billion in 2019, representing over 6,000 units.
We have the deepest database of the most qualified buyers for Las Vegas, which is the key to creating a competitive atmosphere. We have sold more transactions than any other brokerage in Las Vegas and over 60% of the transactions we complete, are to a new buyer we have not done business with before, demonstrating the depth of our buyer pool.
