The San Francisco team will use its unmatched capital markets “reach” to identify potential domestic and international capital markets sources well-suited to any transaction and drive a competitive bidding process designed to provide maximum value to the client.
Our proposal utilizes a proven 3-phase process comprised of 120 days, or less if necessary. Phase I will encompass a thorough discovery process with company stakeholders to identify the hierarchy of company priorities and provide a strategic direction to the project financing effort. In Phase II CBRE will conduct a highly-competitive bidding process leading to ultimate selection of the financing provider and in Phase III, CBRE will manage transaction execution in a smooth closing process.
