Barry Holtzer, Jesse Grant and A.J. Magner lead the CBRE Advisory & Transaction Services (A&T) team based in Cleveland, Ohio specializing in corporate real estate services. This team actively manages and develops solutions for client real estate portfolios for mid-sized, privately held companies and Fortune 500 industry leaders. Currently, they oversee nearly all aspects of a 170 Million SF portfolio of client properties globally; directly managing 500+ transactions annually. Strategically positioned to answer the real estate needs of corporate clients, this group combines expertise in portfolio and transaction management, consulting and lease administration services. Their industry-specific expertise and global service delivery provides clients with long-term, quality account management that drives measurable results.
Proactive Portfolio Management (PPM) is a key piece of the team’s unique value proposition—thinking beyond lease expirations by developing a true portfolio strategy. This is accomplished by providing transparency to the day-to-day operations and implementing enablement tools and resources as we partner with our clients to define, execute, measure and report quantifiable outcomes on the strategy.
