Overview
Daniel Dagit, Michael Bronstein and Thomas Stone comprise a team that was formed in 1983 to serve clients in office building leasing, sales and tenant representation. Our approach to delivering client real estate solutions is different than the traditional brokerage model. It is flexible, personal and entrepreneurial, yet supported by the world’s largest real estate platform, CBRE.
Our mission is to serve our clients by understanding their objectives and delivering the most efficient and thoughtful real estate solutions. We believe that people, not buildings, are the key component to the real estate equation. Our practice revolves around relationships both old and new. We have held true to these values for a combined 70 years.
