4Q18 State of the Cincinnati Office Market
The Greater Cincinnati office market completed Q3 2018 with a moderate 38,271 sq. ft. of positive net absorption. The Cincinnati market experienced a total of 201,654 sq. ft. of positive net absorption year-to-date. Unless Q4 2018 boasts large absorption numbers, 2018 could be the most mild year Cincinnati has had since 2014.
