Our firm needed to relocate quickly and because of our needs, we had limited options. So we reached out to Chris Carey at CBRE who immediately began searching. Within a day, we were on the move and had multiple sites to visit. Chris continued his searching and we continued with site visits until we found that perfect space. Chris then assisted us with lease negotiations and was very knowledgeable as well as being our sounding board. We were able to complete the negotiations timely and both sides were very satisfied.
