Delivering Success for Public and University Clients
State of Florida
CBRE has represented the State’s Department of General Services since 2008, conducting over 150 lease transactions totaling over 1.5 million square feet for over 15 State agencies and contributing to nearly $50 million in savings. In addition, CBRE has sold over $27 million in surplus property for the State, ranging from former prison sites, to highly desirable waterfront properties.
State of New York
CBRE has represented the State since 2013, preparing strategic plans for five major metropolitan areas in the State, and representing various State agencies on over 25 transactions totaling nearly 900,000 SF.
George Washington University
CBRE and its team members have represented this urban, nationally-recognized University on several high-profile transactions, designed to deliver revenue to the school while contributing to its academic and community goals.
Travis County, TX
Represented Travis County in a transaction to unlock $430 million in value from an urban infill lot in downtown Austin that the County purchased in 2010 for $22 million. The revenue from the transaction will facilitate the development of a new civil and family court complex to support the city’s rapid growth
City of Ann Arbor, MI
CBRE structured and negotiated the sale of development rights above a city-owned parking garage in downtown Ann Arbor, delivering $283.4 million in economic impact for the City over 10 years
State of California
CBRE has represented the State’s Department of General Services as a tenant in various regions of the state since 1998, totaling over 5 million square feet of space ranging from suburban industrial flex space to downtown, Class A office space, for agencies ranging from the Department of Corrections, Attorney General, Department of Motor Vehicles, and others.
