The CBRE Institute partnered with CoreNet Global to interview CRE&F leaders from over 100 corporations to gauge the practices that drive enterprise success. The study revealed common themes across a host of strategic and management practices which are driving the success of CRE&F organizations and their respective enterprises.

The Integration Equation: Driving the Next Level of Value for Corporate Real Estate & Facilities

The CBRE Institute looked back at the evolution of the CRE&F function to provide context for the changes we see unfolding now—namely the natural evolution toward more integrated, holistic and outcome-centric delivery models. The report also examined the factors that are compelling CRE&F leaders to begin exploring and adopting new organizational and partnership approaches that are explicitly designed to optimize business outcomes.

Centralizing Corporate Real Estate & Facilities in Decentralized Environments

The CBRE Institute partnered with our Industrial, Manufacturing, and Energy, Oil and Gas clients to examine the value of centralization in environments that are historically decentralized. The study identified the state of CRE&F centralization and included insights into the motivation that is behind a corporation’s decision to use a decentralized or centralized operating model.
