To begin a request for forbearance on your multifamily loan, please call or email our borrower services team at +1 800 456 1443 or [email protected]
You will need to provide the loan number and lender name (Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae or FHA) for each loan in your request. Your loan producer will be notified and we will coordinate with you to provide the additional information required for your forbearance application.
We recommend that you review the FAQ for your lender, provided below, before starting the forbearance request process. Our servicing teams are also available to answer any additional questions that you may have.

NOTICE: CBRE Capital Markets, Inc., and its affiliates. (collectively, “CBRE”) are acting as the servicer of your loan(s). CBRE’s submission of your forbearance request in connection with the loan shall not be deemed to be evidence of any agreement by the lender to forbear, and any forbearance, modification, waiver or consent must be memorialized in a written agreement with your lender. Nothing in this email or in any communications between you and CBRE regarding the submission of one or more forbearance requests shall be deemed (i) an agreement to enter into a forbearance agreement or to otherwise modify any loan terms or conditions of any kind whatsoever; (ii) a waiver of any existing events of defaults under the loan or the applicable loan documents; (iii) a waiver of any of the lender’s rights, remedies or recourses under any existing loan document or as provided by applicable law; or (iv) a prediction or guarantee of any future action taken by the lender. Nothing in this email or any oral conversations affect the obligation of any borrower to timely make any and all payments now or hereafter due under the borrower’s loan documents and/or to perform any or all of borrower’s obligations under its loan documents.
