Zach Gaon was born and raised in Beverly Hills and specializes in Tenant Representation as well as Investment Sales in the Greater Los Angeles Area.
Zach had the luxury of being exposed to Real Estate at a very young age. The son of a developer, Zach learned invaluable lessons and was able to observe firsthand the importance of market trends as well as the most pragmatic ways to create value.
Before he got to CBRE, Zach worked at JLL & Hilton & Hyland. Zach obtained his CA Real Estate Salesperson License at the age of 21 while attending The Ohio State University. Zach’s unique experiences enable him to analyze properties as both a principle and a broker, allowing him to advise clients with the utmost knowledge and integrity.
